"I recently experienced a shower leak on the second floor of our home. I’m now replacing my entire shower with zero assistance from State Farm. I called to speak with my local agent Brian Davidson directly during the claim process twice, he never called me back on either occasion. All of the contractors frowned once they found out I had State Farm Insurance. They have every clause you never thought of written in your policy to keep from helping you, when you need to use the insurance you depend on and pay every month. If you are going to pay for insurance you can’t use, at least find an agent that will call you back and earn his nice residual."
